Barry Ludlow

Founder of Kropps and Bobbers, Barry has been involved in the hairdressing industry for over 30 years as a salon owner, educator and one of the top 200 hairdressers in the USA specializing in all aspects of hair colour, design and haircutting.

Jen

Joined Kropps and Bobbers in February 2010 and has quickly established herself as a top stylist Jen specialises in all colour and is very experienced in corrective colour.

Creatively her colour is outstanding and this year will see her attain her master colourist from the Goldwell academy in Mayfair building on her strong foundation.

Jen was apprentice of the year when she was training and qualified 6 months early she has not looked back and continues her passion passing her skills on to fellow hairdresser, she is continually building on her education.

Amy

Amy joined the team in November 2010 quickly fitting in with very high quality of her work.

She has started her master colourist training with Goldwell building on an extensive knowledge of colour from previously working with the matrix colour system her understanding of shape and finish give her cutting and blow drying work a high quality finish.

Debby

The person you need she is the glue that holds us all together and keeps us running on time and looks after you on the few occasions we may be a few min late or you need to change an appointment or just a cappuccino and a magazine on the phone at the door and occasionally moping the floor we love her!

Natasha

The youngest member of the team attending Barnfield College one day a week to achieve her nvq level 2 qualification the rest of her time spent in the salon with extra help from jen and the team at goldwell she will have a strong foundation to build on when she begins to take clients later in the year.
